Why doesn't the page go on when entering the data?
You have probably forgotten a mandatory field or entered the wrong data. The system will inform you about the field to be corrected. If you have other problems, please contact us by e-mail at email@example.com.
Is my data protected by the Data Protection Act?
In any case. Thaler respects your privacy as defined in the current DSGVO legislation. If you are registered, you can access your personal profile at any time and change your data and authorisations. If you would like to be permanently deleted, simply log into your profile and select "delete" directly.
Which data do I have to enter when registering on the website?
Only your name, mobile phone number, home address and e-mail address are required to ensure communication in connection with your orders.
Will my data be passed on to third parties?
Exclusively to the parcel service. You declare your consent for the data transfer to the parcel service before the delivery of the goods for the purpose of contacting for the coordination of a delivery date by e-mail or telephone. These data are necessary, otherwise we cannot have your order delivered.
You can revoke your consent to this at any time.
How can I change my personal data?

Can I cancel or change an order that has already been placed?
Of course. You can call our Thaler Customer Service at +39 0471 313012 to request a change of invoice/delivery address or to cancel your order.
Is there a minimum order value for online shopping at the Thalershop?
No, at Thaler there is no minimum amount for your orders.
What payment methods does Thaler accept?
We accept the most common credit cards issued by banks in Italy: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINERS, CARTASI . We also accept Paypal, AmazonPay, cash on delivery and bank transfer in advance.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
Of course, by selecting the appropriate option in the shopping cart.
Can I pay by cash on delivery?
Safe. You can pay directly with the delivery of your order in cash. The costs for the service and the total amount to be paid to the courier is displayed in the shopping cart in the order overview, which is also sent to you by e-mail. We recommend that you keep the exact amount on the day of the planned delivery; the carrier is obliged to pay the rest, but is usually reluctant to do so. The final amount can be found in the summary of the order you received by e-mail to the address provided with your details. Please also make sure that the delivery address is correct and complete and that all the details for the delivery are included (name on the intercom, staircase or internal bell).
Are Internet orders secure in the Thalershop?
All information about your order, your personal data and your credit card is strictly protected. The Thalershop offers secure payment with SSL and PCI. We set the most advanced standards for data transfer and information access. Financial information (card number, expiration date, etc.) is not stored under any circumstances for credit card payments.
What are the shipping costs?
You can view the costs for shipping within the European Union here. For certain countries and depending on the weight the shipping costs are calculated individually and communicated to you by e-mail.
In how many shipping days will I receive my order and how can I track the shipment?
The ordered goods will be shipped by our couriers GLS, BRT and DPD directly to the given address. Our partners also work with other local couriers. The shipment can be tracked using the tracking number. The tracking number will be communicated to you after the goods have been collected from us by the courier.
What happens if I am not present on the day of delivery?
Prior to each delivery, the courier will send an email notification of the estimated delivery time. If this is not compatible with your obligations, you can contact the courier directly to arrange an appointment and a suitable day for you. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the courier will contact you and attempt to deliver again approximately the next day. The parcel service will make a total of three delivery attempts. If these are unsuccessful because you are not present or someone else accepts the goods for you, the goods will be returned to us. You will then be contacted by us and have the choice between a new shipment of the goods with the corresponding shipping costs at your expense, or you refuse a new delivery and receive the money back on the ordered but not accepted goods, but the incurred shipping costs will be charged.
Why haven't I received my order yet?

Does Thaler ship abroad?
Of course! We deliver our goods to the following countries: Italy, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg and Malta.
We do not deliver to the following countries: Switzerland, Norway and Iceland.
Note: We do not ship to free zones such as San Marino, Faroe Islands, Canary Islands, Monaco, Azores, Livigno, etc.
For legal reasons we cannot deliver to the following countries: Burma, Cuba, Congo, Zimbabwe, Belarus, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, etc.
Is it possible to receive gift packaging?
Yes, just choose the option when you purchase. The items are individually beautifully packaged. The service is completely free.
How do I buy a gift certificate in the Thalershop?
Thaler offers high quality gift vouchers worth 50, 75 and 100 Euro. We will send them to you by post.
Are there special offers at Thaler?
Thaler continuously has articles at reduced prices on sale. The offers are limited to the availability and the stock of the article in the assortment.
Return and refund
How much time do I have to inspect the goods and return them to Thaler?
The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the order.
I have received a defective product via my online order, can I return it?
We are constantly striving to offer safe and high quality products. However, some items may have an anomaly. If the product you have received is defective, please do not hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org stating the item number indicated on the order confirmation, the type of defect found and, if possible, a photograph of the problem.
The product I received is different from the one I ordered. What do I do?
If an error has occurred, please notify Thaler Service immediately by e-mail to email@example.com, quoting the order number, the desired product, the product actually received and, if possible, a photograph.
I would like to return one or more products from my order, what should I do?
You must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 business days of receiving your order. We will refund the amount by credit note within 30 days of notification of exercising the right of withdrawal. Remember that for the return it is necessary that the products are shipped in the original packaging, perfectly intact and sealed.
